Time
There are two ways of telling the time; the 12-hour clock and the 24-hour clock.
The 12-hour clock is divided into am (morning) and pm (afternoon), running from 12am (midnight) to 11:59am and then from 12pm (noon) to 11:59pm.
The 24-hour clock uses the numbers 00:00 (midnight) to 23:59.
Examples:
1am = 01:00
4:39am = 04:39
5:59pm = 17:59
There are two types of clock, Analogue and Digital.
Analogue clocks are circular-faced with the number on to twelve around and outside and have two hands.
Digital clocks have a display that displays numbers to show to time.
There are:
24 hours in a one day
60 minutes in one hour
30 minutes in half an hour
15 minutes in a quarter of an hour
60 seconds in one minute
